We built the co-founder you never had
Kooio exists because the hardest part of starting a company isn't the idea — it's knowing what to do next. We set out to fix that.
The problem we're solving
Every year, thousands of people have a startup idea worth pursuing. Most never make it past a Google Doc or a Notion page. Not because the idea was bad. Because the path from idea to something real is unclear, fragmented, and hard to navigate alone.
The founders who succeed often have one thing others don't: an experienced co-founder, advisor, or mentor who's been there before. Someone who can ask the right questions, challenge the assumptions, scope the first version, and keep momentum alive.
Most people don't have access to that. We think they should.
What we're building
Kooio is an AI co-founder platform. Not a chatbot. Not a productivity tool. A structured, intelligent, founder-focused system that guides you through every stage of the startup journey — from your first rough idea to your first launch.
We believe the best AI tools don't replace human judgment — they augment it. Kooio asks the questions your best advisor would ask. It holds the structure so you can focus on the decisions. It produces the outputs you need to move forward, not more noise.
Who we're building it for
Solo founders. Non-technical entrepreneurs. Side hustlers turning an idea into a product. People who are smart, motivated, and capable — but don't have a co-founder to think out loud with.
We're also building for the small founding team that wants external structure without the cost of consultants or advisors. For the second-time founder who wants to move faster. For anyone who has an idea and wants to do something real with it.
“We're in early access. The product is live, improving fast, and free during beta.”
We're a small team building something we believe in. We'd love for you to be part of it.

Built by founders, for founders
We've been through the founder journey ourselves. We built Kooio because we know first-hand how hard it is to navigate alone.

Founder & CEO
I've started companies across multiple industries and watched too many smart people give up not because their idea was wrong, but because they didn't know what to do next. Kooio is the co-founder I wish I'd had.
