The five stages are: Ideate (clarify your concept), Validate (pressure-test your assumptions), Design (define the user experience), Build (scope and prepare your first version), and Launch (go live and grow). Each stage ends with real, usable outputs.

You can start at any stage. If you already have a validated idea and just need help scoping your build, you can start at the Build stage. Kooio is designed to meet you where you are.

Kooio saves your work within each stage and carries relevant context forward to the next. Your decisions, outputs, and progress are stored in your account.

Real documents and decisions — not just chat history. Each stage produces specific deliverables: problem statements, validation plans, UX briefs, technical specifications, go-to-market plans, and more.

Kooio is free during the beta period. No credit card is required. Pricing will be introduced later, and early access members will be given advance notice.

When the beta period ends, we'll introduce paid plans. Our commitment to early supporters: beta users will receive grandfathered pricing — a rate lower than what new users pay, locked in permanently. We'll give you advance notice before any changes take effect, so you have time to decide. Our goal is pricing that reflects the value Kooio delivers, without penalising the founders who helped us build it.

Yes. Your startup ideas, inputs, and outputs are private to your account. We do not share your data with third parties or use your ideas to train AI models.

Only you. Your Kooio workspace is private by default. We don't have a public feed or sharing feature in V1.
